You already know the theory. Breathing would help, journaling would help, taking action would help. But between knowing and doing there's a missing structure: what to do, in what order, for how long — and someone who remembers where you left off yesterday.

Most tools start at the wrong end: they ask you to think better while your body is still on alert, or to take action exactly when your energy is at its lowest. The result: resolutions that last three days, and the same conversation starting over from scratch every time.

What's missing isn't willpower or information. It's short, daily training in the right order — body first, thoughts next, action at the right moment — with a thread held from one session to the next.

What the app actually does

A coach that knows your context.

Each day, one short loop: a mood and energy check-in (morning and evening), a guided session when you need one — 5-minute heart coherence, 3-minute somatic reset or 3-minute process visualisation — and a few lines of guided journaling.

The conversational coach draws on your real context: your profile, your journal, your last 14 days of check-ins, the facts it has memorised. That memory is visible and editable — the “What your coach knows about you” screen shows you everything, and you can correct or delete any item.

To move into action, you set implementation intentions — concrete “if… then…” plans, with an automatic follow-up the next day. And the Trends tab shows you what is actually changing, week after week.

The three pillars

Everything starts with the free “Foundations — 21 days” programme: three weeks, one pillar per week, with a review included at day 7, 14 and 21. The order is not decorative — it is the method.

01 · Body

Regulate Settle first.

A nervous system on alert lets no mental work through. Week one installs the base practices: heart coherence (5 minutes, animated circle) and somatic reset (3 minutes). Short, concrete, repeatable — before any thinking work.

02 · Mind

Rewire Reframe.

Your thoughts aren't facts: they're hypotheses. Week two trains you to catch them, test them and reframe them — guided journaling, process visualisation (rehearse the action, don't fantasise the outcome). Documented techniques, no jargon.

03 · Cycles

Act At the right moment.

One implementation intention — “if I close my laptop, then I go walk for 10 minutes” — does more than a grand plan. Week three teaches you to set those “if… then…” plans when your energy makes them sustainable, with a +24 h follow-up and outcome tracking.

04 · The thread

Keep going Day after day.

After the 21 days, the loop continues: check-ins, sessions, intentions, and a coach that holds the thread. Every week a summary takes stock; on Premium, four analysis modes dig into your progress, patterns & cycles, blockers and next actions.

What this replaces

The ecosystem

Inner Thread is a standalone trainer — and its “act at the right moment” pillar builds on the reading of cycles that the book Body, Cycles and Consciousness develops in depth.

The book explains why the body comes before the mind and how to read your own cycles. The sister app Inner Navigation measures them day to day — and if you use it, you can import your data into Inner Thread.

None of it is required: Inner Thread works on its own, from day one.

Transparency & limits

An AI coach. Said plainly, and kept in bounds.

Inner Thread is transparent about what it is: an AI coach — it confirms it itself if you ask. The AI is called server-side, never from your device, and your data is hosted in the European Union. The coach’s memory is visible and editable, and you can delete your account directly in the app.

The app is built offline-first: your check-ins and journal stay available without a connection and sync afterwards. Available in French and English at launch.
