Scope

This policy covers only the manifestwealth.io website, the showcase site for the book “Corps, Cycles et Conscience” and the apps of the Manifest Wealth ecosystem. The site offers no account creation and no online purchases.

Data processed by the site

  • —No account : The site offers no user accounts and collects no sign-up data.
  • —Analytics : We use Vercel Analytics, a cookie-free audience measurement tool. Data is aggregated and cannot identify you or track you across sites.
  • —Technical logs : Our host (Vercel) processes technical logs (IP address, request timestamps) strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site.
  • —Email contact : If you write to support@manifestwealth.io, your address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you.

Cookies and trackers

The site uses no advertising cookies. Ordinary browsing loads no third-party script: audience measurement (Vercel Analytics) works without cookies, and no consent banner is required to browse the site. Exception: on the Cycles page, a TradingView widget is loaded only after an explicit click (see below).

Market widget (Cycles page)

  • —Loading : No TradingView script is called on arrival at /cycles. The chart is injected only after you click the load button.
  • —Purpose : Display an illustrative market chart (no financial advice).
  • —Data : When you load the widget, TradingView may receive your IP address, user-agent and technical connection data. Cookies or local storage may be set by TradingView on its side.
  • —Recipient : TradingView (TradingView, Inc.). Policy: https://www.tradingview.com/privacy-policy/ — processing may take place outside the European Union.

Hosting and transfers

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Technical data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) in line with the GDPR.
