Last updated: July 27, 2026
Document version: v2026-07-27.
Service provider: Esteban Pedreira, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 984 472 068, 309 rue des Tarusates, 40600 Biscarrosse, France. Inner Navigation is the service; the mobile app is published within the Manifest Wealth ecosystem (umbrella brand).
Support contact: support@manifestwealth.io · Privacy / GDPR contact: support@manifestwealth.io · DSA point of contact: support@manifestwealth.io.
Cloud data hosting (authentication / optional backup): Supabase (sub-processor), region eu-west-1 (Dublin, Ireland).
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern use of the “Inner Navigation” service and its mobile application (the “App”). They form a contract between you and the publisher.
2. Nature of the service
The App combines personal tracking of mood, wellbeing, and everyday life data (sleep, activity, meals, events, etc.), a personal journal, guided sessions, a 21-day companion programme, “if… then…” intentions, and optional artificial intelligence features (analyses and a conversational coach), as an informational and personal organisation tool.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, or therapeutic recommendations. If you are in distress or have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
Content produced by the AI features (analyses, coach replies) is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and never constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, triage, or a therapeutic recommendation.
3. Service features
Depending on the App version and your plan (free, credits, or Premium subscription), the following features are offered:
- •Mood and wellbeing tracking: entry of scores, tags, emotions, notes, and daily data, with charts and correlations, stored locally on the device.
- •Journal: free-form daily notes, with optional voice input, stored locally in encrypted form; cloud sync only after opt-in; AI journal analyses (5 modes) subject to the separate “free-text notes” consent (see Privacy Policy).
- •Conversational AI coach: messaging with an assistant based on a language model (Google’s Gemini Flash by default), with a free taster limited to 1 message per day, then reserved for the Premium subscription up to an anti-abuse cap of 20 messages per day; quotas are enforced server-side.
- •AI analyses: analyses of your tracking data, counted in “units”. Without a subscription, 1 free analysis per month, then credits purchasable per unit. With the Premium subscription, an included quota of 30 units per week, which resets every Monday (UTC) and does not carry over from one week to the next. One purchased credit is worth one unit: the included quota and purchased credits are counted in the same unit, but form two separate balances; each analysis is drawn first from the included quota and then, once it is exhausted, from purchased credits, which are not reset each week. In the current version of the App, each analysis consumes 1 unit; should a more expensive analysis tier be offered, its cost would be displayed before launch. The cost of the operation and the remaining balance are displayed in the App before each analysis is launched. Quotas are enforced server-side and may evolve.
- •Personal AI memory: with a dedicated opt-in, the service may retain distilled elements of your conversations and analyses to personalise future responses (see Privacy Policy).
- •Guided sessions: three sessions (5-5 heart coherence, somatic reset, visualisation), running entirely on the device, free of charge.
- •“Foundations 21 days” programme: a journey built on three pillars (Regulate, Rewire, Act), with progress synced to the cloud if you are signed in; the day-7 analysis milestone is free, the day-14 and day-21 milestones are reserved for Premium.
- •“If… then…” intentions: creation of intentions (trigger, action, outcome), notification reminders, and cloud sync.
4. Account and access
Some features may require creating an account (e.g. Supabase authentication provider). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Deleting local data on the device does not delete the account nor, by itself, copies already synced to the remote infrastructure. Deleting the account with the authentication provider triggers, where the technical configuration provides for it, deletion of the associated data (including backup snapshots linked to the account identifier). For any additional erasure or export request, contact the publisher using the details above.
5. Data and backup
Data you enter is stored locally on the device. Creating an account is not enough to enable personal cloud backup: it requires a separate opt-in. If you enable it, a backup snapshot (mood, daily data, journal entries, programme progress, intentions, settings, illness episodes) may be copied to infrastructure configured by the publisher (e.g. databases hosted on Supabase).
Automatic upload frequency is higher for Premium subscribers than for free accounts; multi-device restore or merge from this snapshot is a Premium-only feature. Further detail on the processing is in the Privacy Policy.
6. Artificial intelligence features
AI analyses (including journal analyses and programme milestones) and the conversational coach are provided via an intermediary server (Cloudflare Worker) that sends context to a language-model provider. The default provider is Google (Gemini Flash), for the “light” tier, the only tier offered in the current version of the App. A second provider, Anthropic (Claude), receives the analysis context in two cases: automatically, as a fallback, when the default provider is unavailable or returns an unusable response; and, should a more expensive analysis tier (“powerful”) be offered, when you use that tier. The AI providers’ secret keys are not present in the mobile app.
These features rely on separate consents described in the Privacy Policy: one consent for health/wellbeing indicators, a distinct consent for free-text notes (including the journal), and a dedicated choice for personal AI memory.
Quotas and caps (analysis unit quota, coach taster, daily caps, service budget) are enforced server-side to protect the service; they may evolve, are detailed in article 3, and are restated in the App.
The publisher does not train its own AI model with your data. Under the AI providers’ current commercial API terms (Anthropic and Google), data sent via the API is not used to train their models. Any future training or fine-tuning purpose would require a separate explicit consent and a dedicated notice.
7. Optional features
Depending on settings: participation in aggregated community statistics (k-anonymity, see Privacy Policy), optional inclusion of text notes in the AI analysis context, location for weather or coarse geographic aggregates. Each processing activity is subject to the consents and options described in the App and in the Privacy Policy.
8. Subscription, credits, and in-app purchases (IAP)
A Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) may be offered via Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. It notably unlocks: the AI coach beyond the free taster, the day-14 and day-21 programme analysis milestones, personal AI memory, more frequent cloud sync and multi-device restore, and an AI analysis quota.
The analysis quota included in the subscription is 30 units per week: it resets every Monday (UTC) and does not carry over from one week to the next.
Consumable credit packs (3, 10, or 30 units) may also be offered to run AI analyses on a pay-per-use basis, without a subscription. One purchased credit is worth one unit: the quota included in the subscription and purchased credits are counted in the same unit, but form two separate balances. Each analysis is drawn first from the included quota and then, once it is exhausted, from purchased credits; unlike the included quota, purchased credits are not reset each week and remain available until used. In the current version of the App, each analysis consumes 1 unit; should a more expensive analysis tier be offered, its cost would be displayed before launch. The cost of the operation and the remaining balance are displayed in the App before each launch.
Payments, refunds, and specific commercial terms are governed by the relevant platform conditions (Apple, Google) and the prices shown at purchase. If a separate web offering is introduced later, the payment provider, billing terms, and applicable rights will be indicated in the relevant purchase flow.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its design, trademarks, and publisher-edited content remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. Data you enter belongs to you, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
10. User conduct
You agree to use the App fairly, not to harm the operation of the service or third-party rights, and not to attempt unauthorised access to other users’ systems or data.
If a forum or community space is offered, the following content is prohibited: unlawful, hateful, or discriminatory content, harassment, threats, glorification of violence, non-consensual sexual content or content involving minors, privacy violations, third parties’ personal information, spam, fraud, impersonation, incitement to self-harm, manifestly dangerous misinformation, as well as any request for or recommendation of diagnosis, treatment, medical prevention, or personalised therapeutic guidance.
A “Report content” mechanism allows forum content to be flagged. The report must identify the content concerned and give a reason. The publisher may classify the report as open, under review, accepted, or rejected, keep a moderation reason, and apply, as appropriate, removal, hiding, restriction, or no action. The content author and the reporter may be informed of the decision where technically possible and legally appropriate.
You may contest a moderation decision or lodge a complaint by writing to support or to the DSA point of contact: support@manifestwealth.io. Please include the content identifier, the contested decision, and any relevant details. This point of contact is also available to authorities and users under the Digital Services Act.
11. Availability and changes
The publisher strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or operation. Updates may change or remove certain features.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of unsynced local data, loss of business, etc.). The App is provided “as is”.
13. Changes to these Terms
The publisher may update these Terms. The update date is shown at the top of the document. Continued use after notice or publication of new Terms constitutes acceptance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. For material changes, information in the App or a new acceptance step may be offered.
14. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by French law. Jurisdiction: the competent French courts of the publisher’s registered seat (Mont-de-Marsan, Landes, France). Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the place where they resided when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (Article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
