1. Purpose of the Service

Inner Horizon is an asset simulation platform. It allows users to visualise and simulate the growth of fictional wealth (real estate, stocks, cryptocurrencies, social media). It is exclusively an entertainment and visualisation tool.

Minimum age: the app is intended for users aged 13 or older. Pursuant to Article 8 of the GDPR, users residing in the European Union under the age of 16 (or the applicable minimum age in their Member State, between 13 and 16) must obtain the prior consent of their legal guardian. By creating an account you confirm that you meet the required age or have obtained such authorisation.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium access unlocks advanced features (geolocation, regional assets, personalised AI generation). Subscriptions are managed by the stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) via RevenueCat. Any refund must be requested directly from the relevant store.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): under Directive 2011/83/EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately upon your explicit request (the case for Premium features activated upon purchase), you expressly accept immediate supply and acknowledge that this right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun. In practice, refunds are handled by Apple and Google's own policies.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The user accepts that certain content is generated by artificial intelligence (simulator pack, fortune narrative, notifications, scenarios). Content is fictional for visualisation and does not constitute personalised advice. The user may delete their data from their profile. While we strive for relevance, we are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies produced by AI.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inner Horizon cannot be held liable for any real financial loss suffered by the user in their personal life, as the application is strictly limited to virtual simulation. Simulations are based on algorithms and AI. They do not constitute investment advice. Real markets carry risks that this simulator cannot predict.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its source code, its own design and the content written in-house (affirmations, narratives, copy) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Some visual elements (illustration photographs) are used under the Unsplash license. Typefaces (Inter, Fraunces) are distributed under SIL Open Font License 1.1. Names and logos of listed companies that may be displayed for the purpose of identifying simulated assets remain the property of their respective owners; their display constitutes nominative referential use and does not imply any partnership or affiliation.

All trademarks and trade names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the App falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.

Consumer protection clause (Rome I Regulation 593/2008, Art. 6): if you are a consumer residing in another European Union Member State, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
